Söll is a modern farming village at 703m above sea level and almost 3700 inhabitants, with rural farmers and urban infrastructure.

Our family-run apartment house is centrally located in the village – you will find everything you need during your holiday just a few steps away from our house.

All apartments are fully equipped with a balcony, free WiFi and cable TV.

Furthermore we offer a bike-room including charging facilities for E-Bikes, a ski-room with an electrically heated shoe dryer, a washing-machine with dryer and a passenger lift for additional comfort.

Brandnew is our E-Car-Charging Station exclusively for our house-guests with green power from our Solar-panels!!

In summer, the free of charge shuttle “Kaiserjet” not only takes you to all neighboring villages and its valley stations of the cable cars in Söll, Scheffau, Ellmau and Going, but also services swimming lakes and hiking trails.

In winter the ski bus is also free of charge and stops a few meters from our house and takes you to the gondolas within a few minutes. If snow conditions allow, the valley run ends approx. 200m from our house. Cross-country trails, ski schools & ski rental, leisure facilities and the free parking lot are just a few steps away.

Your car can “take a break” at the free village-parking nearby, or even better:

You travel environmentally friendly by train directly to Kufstein or Wörgl and take the bus (free of charge with your guest-card) to Söll – the bus stop “Söll Dorf” is only 100m from our house 🙂

Right around the corner from us there are various grocery stores, a bakery, restaurants and bars.
